Loss runs in. One clean spreadsheet out.

Every carrier’s layout, scanned or not. Every claim, checked against the carrier’s own totals.

A real example

A real public loss run packet: Friendswood ISD in Texas, 15 pages, seven carrier layouts, one page scanned from paper.

  • 15pages
  • 7carrier layouts
  • 24policy periods found
  • 12claims found
  • A fewminutes, start to finish
  • 161 of 161filled values matched the original

We checked 182 values line by line against the original PDF. 161 were filled in, and all 161 are correct. 0 are wrong. The other 21 were left blank for a person to check instead of guessed. All 7 printed carrier totals match the claims.

The packet is public: Friendswood ISD posted it with an insurance bid.

“Blank” means the page did not clearly show the value, so we left it empty. “Needs a look” marks rows where a person should check a blank. The spreadsheet also lists all 24 policy periods and whether each one adds up to the carrier’s printed total.

How it works

  1. 1Forward the PDFs you already get from carriers.
  2. 2We read every page, scanned or digital, and pull every policy period and claim.
  3. 3You get one spreadsheet back. Each number shows the page it came from, and each policy period shows whether its claims add up to the carrier’s total.

Your first 20 loss runs are free. After that, $500 a month for up to 500 packets.

Send a few of yours to keshav@atrislabs.com and I’ll send the spreadsheets back.
